The first way is short circuit :-
First of all, the armature has to be placed on the growler and AC 220v has to be given in the growler. After giving the line, take an exo blade and place it on the armature, at a distance of about 1/2 or 1 mm, hold the exo blade with very light hands and rotate the armature very slowly with one hand, if exo If the blades start vibrating, then understand that your armature is shot, that means the armature is bad.
Open circuit :-
In this also first armature has to be placed on the growler and AC 220v has to be given in the growler. After giving the line, a Led (1volt -3volt) is to be taken and both the pins of the Led are to be alternately applied to the armature's combitator point.
Like Armchair pin no. 1 to 3, 2 to 4, 3 to 5, 4 to 6 In this way all the points have to be checked by putting the Led. And the armature has to be rotated very slowly with one hand, there should be Led Glow at all points, if there is no Led Glow at any point, then it means that the wire wrapped in the armature is cut from somewhere i.e. that the armature is bad.
The third is earth circuit: -
Friends, there are many ways to check the meaning of any armature circuit, for example, you can also check using a meter. You can also check with a series bulb, so let's know how to check with a meter, first of all, if you have a digital meter, then set the meter in the Vip range, that is, in the Continuity range and connect one prod of the meter to the armature. Will put it on the body and second prod on all the points of the combitator alternately and see if its continuity with the body of the armature is not telling. If it shows continuity with the body, it means that the wiring done in the armature is touching the body. That means the armature is bad.
And in the same way, you can also check with series force.

How To Make Growler At Home?
So friends, there are many ways to make growler, but I will not tell such a way that you cannot get its material. I am going to tell you a very genuine method by which you can make it yourself, for this you have to use some transformer leaves.
And that husband has to be given to you either U shape or V shape. At least you have to use 1.5 200 transformer leaf.
You have to keep the size of the transformer leaf according to the armature so that if you keep the armature on it, the armature can get stuck. Not that you have to keep it too small or too big.

साथियों आज के इस आर्टिकल में मैं आपको बताने वाला हूं कि किसी भी तरह का आर्मेचर को चेक करने के लिए होममेड ग्राउलर कैसे बनाते हैं और उस ग्राउलर से किसी भी आर्मेचर को कैसे चेक करते हैं?
तो सबसे पहले जान लेते हैं कि ग्राउलर से आर्मेचर को कैसे चेक करते हैं?
तो साथियों किसी भी आर्मेचर को चेक करने के लिए आपको तीन तरीका का अप्लाई करना है तभी पता चलेगा आपको कि यह आर्मेचर सही है या खराब है?
पहला तरीका है शार्ट सर्किट :-
सबसे पहले आर्मेचर को ग्राउलर पर रख लेना है और ग्राउलर मे Ac 220v दे देना है। लाइन देने के बाद में एक ऐक्सो ब्लेड लेना है और आर्मेचर के उपर रखना है लगभग 1/2 या 1 MM की दूरी पे एक्सो ब्लेड को बिल्कुल हल्के हाथों से पकड़ना है और एक हाथ से आर्मचर को बिल्कुल धीरे-धीरे घुमाना है, अगर एक्सो ब्लेड कंपन करने लगे , तो समझ जाइए कि आप का आर्मेचर शॉट है, यानी आर्मेचर खराब है।
ओपन सर्किट :-
इसमे भी पहले आर्मेचर को ग्राउलर पर रख लेना है और ग्राउलर मे Ac 220v दे देना है। लाइन देने के बाद में एक Led (1volt -3volt) लेना है और Led का दोनो पिन को आर्मेचर के कॉम्बिटेटर पॉइंट पे बारी- बारी से लगाना है
जैसे आर्मचेर के पिन न. 1 से 3 , 2 से 4 , 3 से 5 , 4 से 6 इस तरह सभी पॉइंट पे Led को लगा के चेक करना है। और एक हाथ से आर्मचर को बिल्कुल धीरे-धीरे घुमाना है, सभी पॉइंट पे Led Glow होना चाहिए अगर किसी भी पॉइंट पे Led नही Glow होता है तो इसका मतलब है की आर्मेचर में जो वायर लपेटा गया है, वह कहीं से कटा हुआ है यानी कि आर्मेचर खराब है।
तीसरा है अर्थ सर्किट:-
साथियों किसी भी आर्मेचर का अर्थ सर्किट चेक करने का बहुत सारा तरीका है जैसे कि, मीटर का यूज करके भी आप चेक कर सकते हैं। सीरीज बल्ब से भी आप चेक कर सकते हैं तो चलिए जानते कि मीटर से कैसे चेक करेंगे तो सबसे पहले यदि आपके पास डिजिटल मीटर है तो मीटर को विप रेंज में सेट कर लेंगे, यानी कि कंटिन्यूटी रेंज में और मीटर का एक प्रोड को आर्मेचर के बॉडी पर लगाएंगे और दूसरा प्रोड को कॉम्बिटेटर के सारे पॉइंट पे बारी बारी से और देखेंगे कि आर्मेचर का बॉडी के साथ में इसका कंटीन्यूटी तो नहीं बता रहा है। अगर बॉडी के साथ में कंटिन्यूटी बता रहा है तो इसका मतलब यह है कि आर्मेचर में जो वायरिंग किया गया है वह उसका बॉडी में टच हो रहा है। यानी कि आर्मेचर खराब है।
और इसी तरह सीरीज बल से भी चेक कर सकते हैं।
तो साथियों आप जानते हैं कि ग्रॉलर को खुद से कैसे बना सकते है।

तो साथियों ग्रॉलर को बनाने के बहुत सारे तरीके हैं, पर मैं ऐसा वैसा तरीका नहीं बताऊंगा जिससे कि उसका मटेरियल आपको नहीं मिल सके। मैं एकदम जेनुअन तरीका बताने वाला हूं जिससे आप खुद से बना सकते हैं तो इसके लिए आपको कुछ ट्रांसफार्मर पत्ती का यूज करना है।
और उस पति को आपको या U शेप या V सेफ का आकार दे देना है। कम से कम आप को डेढ़ 200 ट्रांसफार्मर पत्ती का यूज करना है।
ट्रांसफार्मर पत्ती का साइज आपको आर्मेचर के अकॉर्डिंग रखना है ताकि आर्मेचर उस पर रखेंगे तो आर्मेचर अटक सके। ऐसा नहीं कि आपको बहुत छोटा रखना या बहुत बड़ा रखना है।
फिर आपको सारे पति को मिलाकर उस पर प्लास्टिक का टेप पर चढ़ा देना है। फिर उस पर आपको डेढ़ 200 ग्राम 36 या 37 न. कॉपर का वायर लपेट देना है।
फिर आपको मेन कनेक्शन करने के लिए 2 मोटा वायर निकालना है और टेप चढ़ा देना है।
अब आपका Growler बन के तैयार है
